- Remove the cap on the top of the ampoule. - Remove the syringe discharge cap by turning it, and then push it into the center hole of the ampoule. - Tilt the ampoule and fill the syringe with an appropriate amount. - After applying the ampoule in the syringe to the skin, gently spread it for absorption.
